REFUNDS A full refund will be issued if the program is canceled by the park district. Prior to the commencement of the program, full refunds are given. After the commencement of the program, refund requests must be made in writing to the supervisor of the program. Prorated refunds may be received for medical reasons and extenuating circumstances only with the supervisor’s approval. Allow 10-15 business day for processing. No cash refunds. No refunds are given for contractual programs, deposits, passes, unused activities, trips or special events before or after the activity unless canceled by the Park District.
